Caroline Harrison, Director of Business Development, The Lepelco Group: Distinction Award from the Regroupement for Insurance Brokers of Quebec, Category young brokers 2007 

In 2003, after an internship at Groupe Lepelco where she took part in a transfer of records subsequent to a merger, Caroline officially started working for “the Montérégie’s best insurance and financial services broker”. She climbed the rungs and distinguished herself even as she was studying to obtain her license to work as a damage insurance broker. Caroline cleared the hurdles with no difficulty thanks to her dedication, hard work and steadiness both in her work and her studies.

Afterwards, Caroline developed the sales department. She was firmly supported by an energetic and enthusiastic team who guided her so effectively that she discovered herself a genuine passion for sales. It so happened that the company precisely wished to develop this sector and Caroline seemed to be the very best person for the job. As the rest of the story showed, it was the right decision!

This award represents a major achievement since our company, which has about 30 employees, was measured cabinets against much larger brokerages with considerable financial means.

Distinction Award 2012

Holder of a certificate of college studies (AEC) in damage insurance, Shawna Vincent decided to embark on an insurance career. Eight years later, she holds an enviable position with Le Groupe Lepelco in Montérégie, where she assists the Director of Business Development team leader for 13 brokers specializing in personal insurance. She certainly impressed the jury members for the 2012 Junior Broker’s Award of Distinction, who decided to name Shawna this year’s winner.
